The responsibilities include conducting initial interviews of lawyers and interns, coordinating their screening process, and assisting senior lawyers during final interviews. The role further involves maintaining employee records, managing attendance, preparing HR documents, and ensuring smooth office operations. Additional tasks include vendor coordination, office maintenance supervision, scheduling, and providing administrative support to the legal team.
