The Senior HR Executive will support and manage key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR operations. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to implementing HR processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Maintain a talent database and assist in workforce planning.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
  • Address employee queries, assist in conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to improve retention.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRMS regularly.
  • Assist in processing payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation.

4. Performance Management

  • Support the performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with managers on goal setting and performance review timelines.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Support in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR generalist or similar roles.
  • Sound understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience with HR software (HRMS) and MS Office tools.
