<ul><li>Customs Operations:</li><li>Oversee and manage all import and export customs clearance processes.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with customs laws, regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Verify and approve all customs documentation, permits, declarations, and shipping records.</li><li>Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.</li><li>Resolve customs-related issues, delays, or disputes with authorities.</li><li>Freezone Management:</li><li>Manage daily operations within the freezone, ensuring adherence to freezone rules and regulations.</li><li>Supervise the movement of goods in and out of the freezone (inbound, outbound, transshipment).</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inventory, bonded materials, and restricted items.</li><li>Handle all freezone approvals, renewals, and compliance audits.</li><li>Government Relations:</li><li>Act as the main point of contact with customs officials, freezone authorities, and other governmental entities.</li><li>Stay updated on all regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.</li><li>Represent the company in inspections, audits, and official meetings.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Compliance:</li><li>Ensure accuracy of all customs and freezone documentation.</li><li>Develop and maintain internal compliance procedures and SOPs.</li><li>Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulations and minimize risk.</li><li>Prepare periodic reports on customs duty, exemptions, violations, and operational performance.</li><li>Leadership &amp; Coordination:</li><li>Lead and supervise the customs and freezone team.</li><li>Provide training on customs regulations and compliance processes.</li><li>Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize workflows.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;30,000.00 - E&pound;70,000.00 per month
