OverviewAll American HVAC is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven professional to join our growing team as Marketing Manager &amp; CSR. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time.In this hybrid role, you&rsquo;ll split your time between marketing activities (social media, cold outreach, brand growth) and customer service duties (phone handling, scheduling, Comfort Club outreach). You&rsquo;ll receive full training and ongoing support from our Office Manager, this is not a &ldquo;sink or swim&rdquo; position.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing &amp; Growth Initiatives<ul><li>Manage and post regularly on Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) and TikTok</li><li>Create and schedule 5+ engaging posts per week (photos, captions, and graphics)</li><li>Film, edit, and post 2+ short-form videos weekly (Reels, TikToks, etc.) from shop and job sites</li><li>Develop and execute cold call and cold email campaigns using internal and purchased lead lists</li><li>Track and report marketing performance, call volume, conversion rates, and campaign ROI</li><li>Create and run Meta Ads campaigns for promotions and brand awareness</li><li>Maintain a content calendar for social media, promotions, and email campaigns</li></ul>Customer Service &amp; Office Support<ul><li>Work alongside the Office Manager to answer phones and schedule appointments in HouseCall Pro</li><li>Assist with appointment reminders, follow-ups, and customer communications</li><li>Help manage Comfort Club membership outreach, renewals, and scheduling</li><li>Support inbound and outbound customer calls for service, tune-ups, and promotions</li><li>Keep office operations organized and assist with daily administrative tasks</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience creating and managing social media content for a business</li><li>Skilled in short-form video creation using a smartphone and editing apps</li><li>Strong communication and writing skills</li><li>Comfortable making outbound calls and sending targeted emails to leads</li><li>Reliable transportation for occasional field content capture</li><li>Organized, dependable, and results-oriented</li></ul>Bonus Skills<ul><li>Experience with Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, or CRM tools like HouseCall Pro</li><li>Prior customer service, inside sales, or administrative experience</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay + benefits (Health, PTO, etc.)</li><li>A clear growth path to full-time employment</li><li>Supportive small-business culture where your work makes an impact</li><li>Daily training and guidance from the Office Manager on CSR duties</li><li>A variety-filled workday: creative marketing, customer interaction, and data tracking</li><li>Career advancement as our business continues to expand</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re looking for a role where creativity meets customer service, and you want to grow with a locally trusted HVAC company, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $25,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Crown Point, IN 46307
