Marketing Manager & CSR

Overview

All American HVAC is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven professional to join our growing team as Marketing Manager & CSR.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time.

In this hybrid role, you’ll split your time between marketing activities (social media, cold outreach, brand growth) and customer service duties (phone handling, scheduling, Comfort Club outreach). You’ll receive full training and ongoing support from our Office Manager, this is not a “sink or swim” position.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Growth Initiatives

  • Manage and post regularly on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok
  • Create and schedule 5+ engaging posts per week (photos, captions, and graphics)
  • Film, edit, and post 2+ short-form videos weekly (Reels, TikToks, etc.) from shop and job sites
  • Develop and execute cold call and cold email campaigns using internal and purchased lead lists
  • Track and report marketing performance, call volume, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Create and run Meta Ads campaigns for promotions and brand awareness
  • Maintain a content calendar for social media, promotions, and email campaigns

Customer Service & Office Support

  • Work alongside the Office Manager to answer phones and schedule appointments in HouseCall Pro
  • Assist with appointment reminders, follow-ups, and customer communications
  • Help manage Comfort Club membership outreach, renewals, and scheduling
  • Support inbound and outbound customer calls for service, tune-ups, and promotions
  • Keep office operations organized and assist with daily administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Experience creating and managing social media content for a business
  • Skilled in short-form video creation using a smartphone and editing apps
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and sending targeted emails to leads
  • Reliable transportation for occasional field content capture
  • Organized, dependable, and results-oriented

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, or CRM tools like HouseCall Pro
  • Prior customer service, inside sales, or administrative experience
