North Texas | Full-Time | In-OfficeJob TypeFull-timeMonday &ndash; FridayJob SummaryAll American Towing &amp; Recovery, Inc. is seeking a confident, results-driven Accounts Receivable &amp; Collections Specialist to actively manage past-due accounts and improve company cash flow. This role is collections-focused and requires daily outbound communication with customers to secure payment.This position is ideal for someone who is persistent, organized, and comfortable having direct payment conversations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Make outbound collections calls on past-due accounts daily</li><li>Send payment reminders and follow-up emails</li><li>Secure payments and negotiate payment arrangements</li><li>Monitor AR aging and prioritize delinquent accounts</li><li>Receive and post customer payments in QuickBooks Online</li><li>Research and resolve billing discrepancies</li><li>Maintain detailed notes on collection activity</li><li>Work to reduce 30/60/90 day past-due balances</li><li>Communicate professionally but assertively with customers</li><li>Assist with general AR and bookkeeping tasks</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>✔ Comfortable making collections calls</li><li>✔ Persistent and follow-through driven</li><li>✔ Confident communicator</li><li>✔ Strong attention to detail</li><li>✔ Organized and self-motivated</li><li>✔ Professional but firm personality</li><li>✔ Ability to handle difficult conversations</li></ul>Qualifications (Required)<ul><li>QuickBooks Online experience preferred</li><li>Collections experience preferred</li><li>Accounts receivable or bookkeeping experience preferred</li><li>Strong phone and communication skills</li><li>Basic accounting knowledge</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Stable, growing company</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday schedule</li><li>Paid time-off</li><li>Opportunity for advancement</li><li>Supportive team environment</li></ul>Pay: From $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
