Job Summary

All American Towing & Recovery, Inc. is seeking a confident, results-driven Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to actively manage past-due accounts and improve company cash flow. This role is collections-focused and requires daily outbound communication with customers to secure payment.

This position is ideal for someone who is persistent, organized, and comfortable having direct payment conversations.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound collections calls on past-due accounts daily
• Send payment reminders and follow-up emails
• Secure payments and negotiate payment arrangements
• Monitor AR aging and prioritize delinquent accounts
• Receive and post customer payments in QuickBooks Online
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain detailed notes on collection activity
• Work to reduce 30/60/90 day past-due balances
• Communicate professionally but assertively with customers
• Assist with general AR and bookkeeping tasks

Qualifications (Required)

• QuickBooks Online experience preferred
• Collections experience preferred
• Accounts receivable or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
