<div>All Energy Solar is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist - Search &amp; AI to join our team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll help drive high-quality traffic and conversions through paid and organic search campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads. You&rsquo;ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to align strategy, create compelling content, ensure accurate targeting, and track performance to optimize results. <div><b>Responsibilities &amp; Essential Functions</b></div><br>
<div><i>Campaign Strategy &amp; Execution</i></div>
<ul><li>Strategize, develop, and execute integrated paid and organic search marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.</li>
<li>Conduct comprehensive keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to continuously optimize campaign performance.</li>
<li>Monitor evolving search trends and platform algorithm changes&mdash;including the impact of AI in search engines (e.g., Google AI Overviews)&mdash;and adjust strategy to maintain strong search visibility.</li>
<li>Enhance All Energy Solar&rsquo;s visibility and brand reputation within AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok.</li></ul><br>
<div><i>Analysis &amp; Reporting</i></div>
<ul><li>Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.</li>
<li>Maintain performance dashboards and present data-driven insights to stakeholders across the company.</li>
<li>Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and digital performance to inform campaign strategy, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization.</li>
<li>Leverage automation and AI tools for data analysis, bid management, and campaign forecasting.</li></ul><br>
<div><i>Collaboration &amp; Innovation</i></div>
<ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine ad copy, landing pages, and campaign assets that align with brand standards and strategic objectives.</li>
<li>Ensure campaign accuracy and effectiveness by coordinating closely with stakeholders across departments to validate messaging, targeting, and offers.</li>
<li>Stay current on digital marketing innovations, emerging tools, and best practices through continuous professional development.</li></ul><br>

<div><b>Skills/Qualifications</b></div><br>
<div><i>Experience</i></div>
<ul><li>3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEM, and SEO or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience in the solar industry or a related sector (energy, home services, construction) (preferred).</li></ul><br>
<div><i>Technical Proficiency</i></div>
<ul><li>Proficient with Google Ads, web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and keyword tools.</li>
<li>Proficient in SEO/SEM strategy, platforms, and best practices.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Google Suite/Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Calendar, Forms, Docs, Gmail) or related software.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM and CMS systems such as HubSpot and WordPress (preferred).</li>
<li>Experience with AI-enhanced SEM tools (preferred).</li>
<li>Successful experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools (preferred).</li></ul><br>
<div><i>Core Skills</i></div>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of SEO/SEM strategy, platforms, and best practices.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>

<div><b>Physical Requirements</b></div>
<ul><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer (frequent).</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times (infrequent).</li>
<li>Ability to type at least 50 words per minute (frequent).</li></ul><br>
<div><b>Compensation</b></div>
<ul><li>This is a full-time exempt salaried position with an expected base annual salary range $55,000 - $65,000 (Depending on Qualifications &amp; Experience).</li>
<li>Hybrid: This position is eligible to work a combination of in-office work at AES headquarters (St. Paul, MN) and remote/work from home eligibility:<i> (*Note: this is subject to change by management based on company and business needs, may or may not be eligible until 90+ days of employment/training period completion, will be determined and agreed on by management and employee, and contingent upon employees being in good standing).</i></li>
<li>Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (company core hours). This position and the working schedule offers flexibility and may require additional hours outside of normal working hours including but not limited to mornings, evenings, and weekends.</li>
<li>PTO accrual per hour will be .03847, up to 80 hours annually (120 hours annually after year 1).</li>
