Position Summary
All Florida Paper is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Department with day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination. This role focuses on assisting the sales team with order entry, basic customer support, and internal communication between departments.
This is an entry-level support role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the Sales Team with order entry and order updates</li><li>Provide administrative support to sales representatives</li><li>Help track customer orders and update internal records</li><li>Communicate with the warehouse and logistics teams regarding order status</li><li>Maintain organized files and documentation</li><li>Assist with preparing reports and sales documentation</li><li>Support general office tasks as needed</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>Bilingual (English &amp; Spanish) required</li><li>1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, sales support, or order coordination preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li></ul>
