Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician, where you'll play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. We value motivated professionals eager to grow their careers in a fast-paced, rewarding setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment, following schematics and HVAC design plans.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation and longevity.</li><li>Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to accurately install or troubleshoot systems.</li><li>Conduct field service visits for troubleshooting issues related to refrigeration, ammonia refrigeration, plumbing, and appliance repair.</li><li>Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to identify faults and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.</li><li>Maintain detailed service records, including inspection reports, repair logs, and system performance data.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes during all installation and maintenance activities.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in construction-related roles or as a service technician within the HVAC/R industry.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in HVAC design principles, schematics, plumbing systems, refrigeration cycles, and appliance repair.</li><li>Hands-on experience with equipment repair involving welding, boiler maintenance, or property maintenance tasks.</li><li>Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently in the field or as part of a team.
