Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician, where you'll play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Responsibilities

  • Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment, following schematics and HVAC design plans.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation and longevity.
  • Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to accurately install or troubleshoot systems.
  • Conduct field service visits for troubleshooting issues related to refrigeration, ammonia refrigeration, plumbing, and appliance repair.
  • Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to identify faults and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Maintain detailed service records, including inspection reports, repair logs, and system performance data.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes during all installation and maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction-related roles or as a service technician within the HVAC/R industry.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in HVAC design principles, schematics, plumbing systems, refrigeration cycles, and appliance repair.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment repair involving welding, boiler maintenance, or property maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently in the field or as part of a team. Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
