<ul><li>Supervise and lead construction crews in tasks such as excavation, concreting, formwork, rebar installation, roadworks, utilities, and other civil works.</li><li>Interpret and execute engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.</li><li>Plan daily work activities and allocate labor, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines.</li><li>Ensure safety compliance by enforcing site safety rules, conducting toolbox talks, and monitoring proper use of PPE.</li><li>Monitor progress and quality, ensuring work meets standards and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineer, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain workflow.</li><li>Inspect completed work for compliance with project standards.</li><li>Maintain site records, including daily reports, attendance, equipment logs, and material usage.</li><li>Troubleshoot problems related to workmanship, materials, and site conditions.</li><li>Train and mentor crew members, fostering a productive and safe work environment</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month</p>
