Construction Foreman

• Supervise and lead construction crews in tasks such as excavation, concreting, formwork, rebar installation, roadworks, utilities, and other civil works.
• Interpret and execute engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Plan daily work activities and allocate labor, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines.
• Ensure safety compliance by enforcing site safety rules, conducting toolbox talks, and monitoring proper use of PPE.
• Monitor progress and quality, ensuring work meets standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineer, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
• Inspect completed work for compliance with project standards.
• Maintain site records, including daily reports, attendance, equipment logs, and material usage.
• Troubleshoot problems related to workmanship, materials, and site conditions.
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering a productive and safe work environment
