Fit out Site Supervisor

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Fitout Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fitout and exhibition projects from start to handover. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing on-site teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality finishing within timelines and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all site activities related to interior fitout works.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards on-site.
• Manage material delivery, manpower, and daily work schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Ensure project completion within the scheduled timeframe and budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience in interior fitout and joinery works.
• Strong knowledge of fitout procedures, materials, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
