Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-outJob Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site works, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor daily progress and report to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Plan and organize manpower, materials, and tools at the site.
• Inspect workmanship and quality of materials delivered to the site.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and suppliers to resolve site issues.
• Prepare daily site reports, attendance, and material usage records.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety compliance.
• Attend site meetings and update progress regularly.
• Assist in handover, snagging, and rectification works.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (retail, office, or residential).
• Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
