This is a phenomenal opportunity for personal and professional growth.The Comfort Advisor will prepare and deliver HVAC solutions to residential customers to assess their heating and cooling needs. They will recommend appropriate solutions to maximize comfort and energy efficiency, meet and exceed sales objectives, and work closely alongside installation crews throughout the installation process.The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and a passion for developing and maintaining relationships with customers to provide exceptional service and profitability for the company.Requirements:&middot; Minimum of 1 year of direct customer-facing sales that includes identifying and addressing customer needs in an HVAC industry&middot; 5 + years of residential HVAC experience in the field is a requirement. &middot; Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Provide documented sales records from the previous employer.&middot; Candidates must be able to navigate in attics, other tight spaces, ladders, and around construction sites.&middot; Attention to detail and excellent rapport-building skills are required.
