HVAC Comfort Advisor - 5 years HVAC required!

This position is an IN-HOME HVAC systems sales position.

The Comfort Advisor will prepare and deliver HVAC solutions to residential customers to assess their heating and cooling needs. They will recommend appropriate solutions to maximize comfort and energy efficiency, meet and exceed sales objectives, and work closely alongside installation crews throughout the installation process.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and a passion for developing and maintaining relationships with customers to provide exceptional service and profitability for the company.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 1 year of direct customer-facing sales that includes identifying and addressing customer needs in an HVAC industry

· 5 + years of residential HVAC experience in the field is a requirement.

· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Provide documented sales records from the previous employer.

· Candidates must be able to navigate in attics, other tight spaces, ladders, and around construction sites.

· Attention to detail and excellent rapport-building skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

· Intermediate computer skills and ability to adapt to evolving technology.

· Strong closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and effectively address customer concerns.

· Work closely with field employees.

· Customer Satisfaction and customer follow -up are a must!!

· Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the job with a strong desire to succeed.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Be able to pass a criminal and driving background check and pre-employment substance screening.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Conduct consultations with residential customers to assess their heating and air conditioning needs.

· Perform thorough site surveys and recommend appropriate options for system upgrades, replacements, additions, retrofits, and new construction.

· Complete Load Calc on residential customers’ properties.

· Develop and present customized proposals to customers that clearly outline and explain recommended products and services, pricing, and financing options.

· Work with the installation team to ensure seamless execution of installations, including scheduling, logistics, and customer communication.

· Follow-up and track existing sales proposals and leads to close sales.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners to generate referral business and foster repeat business opportunities.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, proposals, contracts, and revenue forecasts.
