The Contact Center Opener Representative's responsibility is to support the team in all administrative tasks required to successfully meet all sales and development efforts. The Contact Center Representative will support all business development initiatives from initial lead generation to sales close with the goal of achieving all company objectives. Alternatively, a combination of relevant work experience and education will be considered as an alternative to a degree.Experience: This position requires experience in business-to-business sales support with a proven track record in sales support and lead generation. Experience in the behavioral health/substance abuse field is preferred.Special Skills &amp; Knowledge: Candidates should have the following skills and attributes: must be able to work and communicate well with people; be adaptable, and accept changes quickly and easily; be willing to address conflict appropriately; excellent customer service and communication skills; motivation, perseverance, and determination are must haves; proficient in time management and personal organization; attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability; an aptitude for research and analysis. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<ul><li>Routine mobility to include standing, stooping, bending, lifting, walking, and running.</li><li>Regularly required to sit and work at a phone/computer workstation</li><li>Ability to lift up to 30lbs.</li></ul>Materials &amp; Equipment: Copy machine, Multi-line telephone, personal computer, and fax machineEssential Requirements: <ul><li>High moral and ethical values</li><li>Willingness to be open to learning and growing</li><li>Articulate, with interpersonal skills to work as an integral part of a team.</li><li>Must possess appropriate references</li><li>Appropriate interpersonal/personal boundaries</li><li>Maturity of judgment and behavior.</li><li>Ability to remain flexible to accommodate changes in work schedule.</li><li>Adapts effectively to new situations.</li><li>De-escalation talking techniques</li></ul>Position Duties and Responsibilities &ndash; Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Possess a strong understanding of deliverable services, competition in the industry and positioning in the market.</li><li>Help manage a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce.com opening and qualifying leads and opportunities.</li><li>Maintain the database by inputting data in a timely and relevant fashion.</li><li>Support business outreaches designed to generate business opportunities.</li><li>Respond to business inquiries in a friendly and informative manner; build and maintain relationships with current and potential business partners.</li><li>Screen and qualify potential leads.</li><li>Convert cold leads into warm opportunities for Business Development Mangers.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate appointments for Business Development Managers.</li><li>Assist with screening all potential clients using Kipu EMR.</li><li>Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.</li><li>Actively participates in APN Objectives and Key Results.</li><li>Supports other strategic measures to meet larger organizational and departmental goals.</li></ul>Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
