The Contact Center Opener Representative's responsibility is to support the team in all administrative tasks required to successfully meet all sales and development efforts. The Contact Center Representative will support all business development initiatives from initial lead generation to sales close with the goal of achieving all company objectives. The ideal candidate is results oriented, mission driven and thrives in a rapidly evolving environment.

Education: This position requires a high school education, bachelor's degree preferred. Alternatively, a combination of relevant work experience and education will be considered as an alternative to a degree.
Experience: This position requires experience in business-to-business sales support with a proven track record in sales support and lead generation. Experience in the behavioral health/substance abuse field is preferred.
Special Skills & Knowledge: Candidates should have the following skills and attributes: must be able to work and communicate well with people; be adaptable, and accept changes quickly and easily; be willing to address conflict appropriately; excellent customer service and communication skills; motivation, perseverance, and determination are must haves; proficient in time management and personal organization; attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability; an aptitude for research and analysis. Basic computer skills are required with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based products knowledge a bonus.
