This position combines creative design, social media management, and project coordination to ensure consistent branding and effective community engagement across all company branches.Key Responsibilities: Content Creation &amp; Design<ul><li>Produce flyers, banners, and digital assets for social media, events, and internal communication.</li><li>Capture and edit photos and short-form video content (reels, stories) to enhance engagement.</li><li>Growth in social media engagement and followers.</li></ul>Social Media Management<ul><li>Plan, create, and schedule content across all All Pro/Belfor Property Restoration social media accounts.</li><li>Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain community interaction.</li><li>Analyze performance insights and recommend improvements for reach and growth.</li></ul>Brand Consistency &amp; Marketing Collateral<ul><li>Ensure all materials follow company branding guidelines (logos, fonts, tone, bilingual standards).</li><li>Order and coordinate production of marketing materials (flyers, brochures, signage, etc.).</li><li>Manage vendor communication to ensure timely delivery and quality results.</li><li>Maintain organized records of all marketing materials for easy access and reordering.</li></ul>Campaigns &amp; Events<ul><li>Collaborate with coordinators to promote social &amp; educational events and trade show presence</li><li>Track participation and outcomes of marketing-related initiatives.</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Reporting Tasks<ul><li>Maintain a marketing calendar and track ongoing campaigns.</li><li>Submit weekly performance and engagement reports.</li><li>Coordinate with management to align marketing goals with business objectives.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Some experience in graphic design and social media marketing.</li><li>Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication preferred.</li></ul>When disaster strikes, communities turn to BELFOR Property Restoration.
