Job Summary:

Belfor Property Restoration is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to develop, manage, and execute marketing strategies that promote our services, educational programs, and community events. This position combines creative design, social media management, and project coordination to ensure consistent branding and effective community engagement across all company branches.

Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Design

  • Produce flyers, banners, and digital assets for social media, events, and internal communication.
  • Capture and edit photos and short-form video content (reels, stories) to enhance engagement.
  • Growth in social media engagement and followers.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across all All Pro/Belfor Property Restoration social media accounts.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain community interaction.
  • Analyze performance insights and recommend improvements for reach and growth.

Brand Consistency & Marketing Collateral

  • Ensure all materials follow company branding guidelines (logos, fonts, tone, bilingual standards).
  • Order and coordinate production of marketing materials (flyers, brochures, signage, etc.).
  • Manage vendor communication to ensure timely delivery and quality results.
  • Maintain organized records of all marketing materials for easy access and reordering.

Campaigns & Events

  • Collaborate with coordinators to promote social & educational events and trade show presence
  • Track participation and outcomes of marketing-related initiatives.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Maintain a marketing calendar and track ongoing campaigns.
  • Submit weekly performance and engagement reports.
  • Coordinate with management to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Some experience in graphic design and social media marketing.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication preferred.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
