Position: Outdoor Service Technician &ndash; Landscaping / Pressure Washing / Gutter CleaningCompany: All Seasons ServicesLocation: Manorville, NYPay: $20 &ndash; $24 per hour (based on experience)Job Type: Full-Time / SeasonalSeason: Late March &ndash; Late DecemberJob DescriptionAll Seasons Services is looking for a skilled Outdoor Service Technician to assist with a variety of residential property maintenance services throughout Suffolk County.This position helps complete a wide range of services including landscaping projects, pressure washing, gutter cleaning.We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors while maintaining high-quality standards on every job.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with landscaping projects including cleanups, mulch installs, planting, and hedge trimming</li></ul><ul><li>Perform pressure washing services for homes, patios, walkways, and other surfaces</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with residential gutter cleaning and ladder work</li></ul><ul><li>Help complete general property maintenance projects</li></ul><ul><li>Load and unload equipment and materials</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain a clean and organized work trailer and equipment</li></ul><ul><li>Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of landscaping or pressure washing experience</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to safely work with ladders and perform gutter cleaning</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly</li></ul><ul><li>Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions</li></ul><ul><li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to communicate clearly in English</li></ul><ul><li>Reliable transportation to and from work</li></ul>This is not an entry-level position.
