Job Description

All Seasons Services is looking for a skilled Outdoor Service Technician to assist with a variety of residential property maintenance services throughout Suffolk County.

This position helps complete a wide range of services including landscaping projects, pressure washing, gutter cleaning.

We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors while maintaining high-quality standards on every job.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscaping projects including cleanups, mulch installs, planting, and hedge trimming

• Perform pressure washing services for homes, patios, walkways, and other surfaces

• Assist with residential gutter cleaning and ladder work

• Help complete general property maintenance projects

• Load and unload equipment and materials

• Maintain a clean and organized work trailer and equipment

• Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of landscaping or pressure washing experience

• Ability to safely work with ladders and perform gutter cleaning

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to communicate clearly in English

• Reliable transportation to and from work

This is not an entry-level position. Previous experience with landscaping or pressure washing work is required.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• Occasional Saturdays depending on weather delays

• Full-time hours during the season
