Job SummaryAll States Landscaping is seeking a reliable and experienced Accounting Assistant to support daily accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and reconciliations across multiple companies.This is a mid-level, hands-on accounting role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Must-have: Strong, working experience with QuickBooks Desktop. Applicants without this experience will not be considered.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Process full-cycle payroll for multiple companies</li><li>Manage Accounts Payable (invoice entry, vendor management, weekly check runs)</li><li>Assist with Accounts Receivable and cash receipts</li><li>Perform bank and credit card reconciliations</li><li>Support month-end close and reporting</li><li>Handle intercompany transactions across three related entities</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience in accounting (AP, AR, payroll)</li><li>Required: Strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop</li><li>Knowledge of general accounting principles</li><li>Experience working with multiple entities or intercompany accounting preferred</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Construction or landscaping industry accounting</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$23&ndash;$25 per hour (based on experience)</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Location<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li>Full-time</li><li>In-person role in Draper, UT</li></ul>About UsAll States Landscaping has proudly served Utah since 1985, delivering high-quality landscaping and maintenance services.
