Your expertise will help restore vehicles to their original condition or enhance their aesthetic appeal, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art tools and techniques in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your craftsmanship makes a real difference.Duties<ul><li>Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, grinding, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion.</li><li>Apply auto body paint using airless paint spraying equipment, power tools, and hand tools with precision.</li><li>Perform auto body repairs including welding, dent removal, and panel replacement to restore vehicle integrity.</li><li>Conduct auto restoration tasks such as buffing, detailing, and polishing to achieve a flawless finish.</li><li>Install auto glass and perform minor mechanical adjustments as needed for comprehensive vehicle refurbishment.</li><li>Use auto estimating skills to assess repair needs accurately and communicate effectively with customers about work scope.</li><li>Handle heavy lifting safely when moving or positioning vehicle parts or equipment during repairs.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair and painting.</li><li>Proficient with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying systems, and buffing equipment.</li><li>Strong understanding of auto painting processes, including surface preparation and finishing techniques.</li><li>Experience with auto glass installation and detailing is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of auto estimating software and customer service skills for effective communication.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
