Duties

• Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, grinding, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Apply auto body paint using airless paint spraying equipment, power tools, and hand tools with precision.
• Perform auto body repairs including welding, dent removal, and panel replacement to restore vehicle integrity.
• Conduct auto restoration tasks such as buffing, detailing, and polishing to achieve a flawless finish.
• Install auto glass and perform minor mechanical adjustments as needed for comprehensive vehicle refurbishment.
• Use auto estimating skills to assess repair needs accurately and communicate effectively with customers about work scope.
• Handle heavy lifting safely when moving or positioning vehicle parts or equipment during repairs.

Qualifications

• Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair and painting.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying systems, and buffing equipment.
• Strong understanding of auto painting processes, including surface preparation and finishing techniques.
• Experience with auto glass installation and detailing is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of auto estimating software and customer service skills for effective communication.
