Founded as Allen&rsquo;s Plumbing in 1946, ATSM takes pride in fielding knowledgeable and qualified craftsmen and staffing to maintain commercial/ industrial/residential needsAllen&rsquo;s is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to oversee procurement, inventory control, and distribution of parts supporting Plumbing, HVAC/R, Refrigeration, Commercial Cooking Equipment, Electrical, and Appliance Repair operations. This role ensures technicians and fleet vehicles are stocked adequately while maintaining OSHA compliance and inventory accuracy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Manage parts inventory across all service divisions.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and control fleet (service vehicle) inventory.</li></ul><ul><li>Procure parts and materials from approved vendors.</li></ul><ul><li>Support technicians with accurate parts issuance and staging.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain inventory and purchasing records using WinnSoft within Microsoft Dynamics.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate warranties, returns, credits, and special orders.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure OSHA compliance, including SDS, labeling, and safe handling.</li></ul><ul><li>Perform cycle counts and physical inventories.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify obsolete or damaged inventory.</li></ul><ul><li>Support audits and management reporting.</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum of five (5) years related experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Multi-trade service environment experience is a plus.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong organizational and documentation skills.</li></ul>&middot; Must have a valid Texas Driver&rsquo;s License and a Clean Driving Record&middot; Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check &amp; Drug TestPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Wenn Soft experience using Microsoft Dynamics.</li></ul><ul><li>Fleet inventory management experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, and appliance parts.</li></ul>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Ability to lift to 50 lbs.</li></ul><ul><li>Warehouse and fleet environment work.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsSalary Range: Dependent upon experience, but highly competitive.
