Allen’s is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to oversee procurement, inventory control, and distribution of parts supporting Plumbing, HVAC/R, Refrigeration, Commercial Cooking Equipment, Electrical, and Appliance Repair operations. This role ensures technicians and fleet vehicles are stocked adequately while maintaining OSHA compliance and inventory accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage parts inventory across all service divisions.
  • Maintain and control fleet (service vehicle) inventory.
  • Procure parts and materials from approved vendors.
  • Support technicians with accurate parts issuance and staging.
  • Maintain inventory and purchasing records using WinnSoft within Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Coordinate warranties, returns, credits, and special orders.
  • Ensure OSHA compliance, including SDS, labeling, and safe handling.
  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Identify obsolete or damaged inventory.
  • Support audits and management reporting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years related experience.
  • Multi-trade service environment experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

· Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and a Clean Driving Record

· Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check & Drug Test

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Wenn Soft experience using Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Fleet inventory management experience.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, and appliance parts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Warehouse and fleet environment work.
