You'll build a pipeline of qualified homeowners, manage relationships from first call to signed contract, and represent a brand known for doing exceptional work. Great market, strong support, and projects worth talking about.<ul><li>Drive revenue by closing profitable landscape projects and maintenance contracts that meet or exceed sales and margin targets.</li><li>Manage and advance all leads through the sales pipeline with disciplined follow-up, clear next steps, and zero dropped opportunities.</li><li>Prepare, present, and sell detailed proposals that align scope, budget, and client vision while setting production up for success.</li><li>Develop complete and accurate production plans that allow projects to be executed efficiently and without confusion.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners to generate repeat business and consistent introductions.</li><li>Own all administrative and communication responsibilities, including CRM updates, scheduling coordination, and rapid resolution of client issues.</li><li>Lead the client experience from first contact through completion, ensuring consistent communication and a finished product that exceeds expectations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>landscape: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rockville, MD 20850
