Allentuck Landscaping Co. is hiring a Residential Landscape Salesperson to drive growth in our high-end residential market. You'll build a pipeline of qualified homeowners, manage relationships from first call to signed contract, and represent a brand known for doing exceptional work. - Drive revenue by closing profitable landscape projects and maintenance contracts that meet or exceed sales and margin targets.
- Manage and advance all leads through the sales pipeline with disciplined follow-up, clear next steps, and zero dropped opportunities.
- Prepare, present, and sell detailed proposals that align scope, budget, and client vision while setting production up for success.
- Develop complete and accurate production plans that allow projects to be executed efficiently and without confusion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners to generate repeat business and consistent introductions.
- Own all administrative and communication responsibilities, including CRM updates, scheduling coordination, and rapid resolution of client issues.
- Lead the client experience from first contact through completion, ensuring consistent communication and a finished product that exceeds expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
