As a busy outpatient clinic, we are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant who can operate independently from day one. This is not an entry-level or training-heavy role.ScheduleFull-time, in-person (standard weekday hours)Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PMResponsibilities- Room patients, take vitals, and prepare charts efficiently- Assist providers with exams and procedures- Administer injections and perform phlebotomy- Handle scheduling, referrals, and medical records- Maintain organized, fully prepped exam rooms- Support clinic operations and help keep workflow moving smoothlyRequirements- 2+ years of hands-on Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting- Strong proficiency with vitals, injections, and chart preparation- Experience with EHR systems (E-ClinicalWorks preferred)- Ability to manage patient flow and clinical tasks without constant direction- Comfortable asking questions when needed, while being proactive and resourceful- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and patient carePreferred Skills- You take ownership of your work and follow tasks through to completion- You are reliable, honest, and consistent with your time and responsibilities- You can handle a fast-paced environment without needing constant oversight- You want to grow your skillset and contribute meaningfully to the practice- Highly skilled performance-based raises available after 3&ndash;6 monthsPay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
