Medical Assistant (Experienced Only)

Who We Are

We are Allergy and Rheumatology Associates, LLC. Our medical practice emphasizes efficient workflow, high-quality care, and strong teamwork between providers and staff. We value reliability, accountability, and individuals who take pride in their work and contribute to a well-run clinic environment. As a busy outpatient clinic, we are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant who can operate independently from day one. This is not an entry-level or training-heavy role.

Schedule

Full-time, in-person (standard weekday hours)

Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities

- Room patients, take vitals, and prepare charts efficiently

- Assist providers with exams and procedures

- Administer injections and perform phlebotomy

- Handle scheduling, referrals, and medical records

- Maintain organized, fully prepped exam rooms

- Support clinic operations and help keep workflow moving smoothly

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting

- Strong proficiency with vitals, injections, and chart preparation

- Experience with EHR systems (E-ClinicalWorks preferred)

- Ability to manage patient flow and clinical tasks without constant direction

- Comfortable asking questions when needed, while being proactive and resourceful

- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and patient care

- You can handle a fast-paced environment without needing constant oversight

- You want to grow your skillset and contribute meaningfully to the practice

- Highly skilled performance-based raises available after 3–6 months

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
