Job Overview:We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for managing phone calls, emails, and other customer interactions while maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including bricks, blocks, stones, and other construction materials.
