Job Title: Sr. Business Development ExecutiveJob Location: Lucknow (Work from office)Job Type: Full TimeJoining Period: Immediate/Max 1 monthSkills Required: Experience: 5&ndash;9 years in IT sales, preferably with International MarketExperience in ERP/CRM sales is as added advantage.<ul><li>Strong understanding of IT products/services (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, DevOps tools, ERP, CRM).</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies</li><li>Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting</li><li>Identify and target potential clients across industries through market research, cold outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.</li><li>Generate qualified leads using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and social media platforms.</li><li>Client Acquisition</li><li>Engage with decision-makers (CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Directors) to understand their technology needs and pain points.</li><li>Deliver tailored pitches showcasing our Company Services and solutions.</li><li>Sales Pipeline Management</li><li>Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress through stages (prospecting to closure).</li><li>Market Research</li><li>Analyze IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.</li><li>Stay updated on emerging technologies</li><li>Proposal Development</li></ul>o Create compelling proposals, highlight technical capabilities, scalability, and alignment with client objectives.<ul><li>Negotiation &amp; Closing</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs while ensuring profitability.</li><li>Close deals to meet/exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets.</li><li>Client Relationship Management</li><li>Foster long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.</li><li>Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities</li><li>Reporting</li><li>Provide regular updates on sales performance, market insights, and pipeline health.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
