Responsibilities</b></p>

Capture and edit <b>high-quality, emotionally engaging videos and photos</b> across clinics and community events.</div></li><li><div>
Film and photograph <b>40+ weekly outreach events</b>, treatments, and behind-the-scenes moments that highlight the AO experience.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with the <b>marketing, social media, and editorial teams</b> to bring campaigns and stories to life.</div></li><li><div>
Manage and maintain <b>camera, lighting, and sound equipment</b> for optimal production quality.</div></li><li><div><b>
Organize, label, and upload all footage within 24 hours</b> to keep content pipelines moving efficiently.</div></li><li><div>
Stay on top of creative trends in health and wellness storytelling to <b>elevate Alliance Orthopedics&rsquo; visual presence</b>.</div></li></ul>
<p><b>
Requirements</b></p>
<ul><li><div><b>
Bachelor's degree in film</b>, Media Production, Communications, or related field (preferred).</div></li><li><div><b>
2+ years</b> of professional filming and photography experience, ideally in branded content, sports, or healthcare.</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency with <b>DSLR/mirrorless cameras</b>, lighting setups, and audio gear.</div></li><li><div>
Strong sense of <b>composition, pacing, and visual storytelling</b> with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and emotion.</div></li><li><div>
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a <b>fast-paced, multi-location environment.</b></div></li></ul>
