Alliance Health System is seeking an energetic & motivated team player to join our team! The Talent Acquisition Specialist will help with the hiring process for the organization and will work under the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This person will be involved with preparation, sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding. A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with department managers and proactively identify future hiring needs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Possesses a confident and approachable demeanor.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
