Bring your best every day, do quality work, and treat customers right, and we&rsquo;ll make sure this is the best place you&rsquo;ve ever worked.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Execute seasonal Preventative Maintenance visits across a commercial rooftop portfolio</li><li>Change filters, clear drain lines, clean condensate pans, and add drain tablets</li><li>Inspect and test safety controls, contactors, wiring, and thermostat operation</li><li>Check refrigerant charge; record suction and discharge pressures</li><li>Clean condenser and evaporator coils; lubricate motors, bearings, and moving parts</li><li>Document all findings clearly and communicate any deferred repairs to the service team</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years HVAC field experience (commercial preferred)</li><li>EPA 608 Certification required</li><li>Comfortable working on rooftops and in mechanical rooms</li><li>Basic electrical knowledge: able to check volts, amps, and connections</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented with documentation</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li></ul>WHO FITS HERE<ul><li>You take pride in your work, even routine work gets done right</li><li>You&rsquo;re building a career, not just punching a clock</li><li>You communicate with customers like a professional</li><li>You do the right thing even when no one&rsquo;s watching</li></ul>COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS<ul><li>$22&ndash;$30/hr based on experience</li><li>Company van, gas card, and tools provided</li><li>Health insurance and paid time off</li><li>Hands-on mentorship from senior technicians</li><li>Clear path to grow into service and diagnostic work</li></ul>Alliance Mechanical ServicesBuilt on PurposePay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Company truck</li><li>Fuel card</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Tools provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
