We provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care settings within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.What We Offer<ul><li>Productivity-based compensation ranging from $145,000 to $175,000 annually for a full-time, dedicated provider</li><li>1099 independent contractor role (no employer-provided benefits)</li><li>Competitive compensation for clinicians who prefer flexibility and self-managed benefits</li><li>Flexible schedule with excellent work-life balance</li><li>Typical schedule: approximately 6&ndash;8 hours per day, 5 days per week</li><li>Stable patient census with manageable and routine encounters</li></ul>Part-Time Opportunity: We are also seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner (2&ndash;3 days per week).
