Pay: $145,000 – $175,000 per year
Compensation Model: Productivity-Based (1099)

Position Overview

Alliance Medical Team is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our growing post-acute care team throughout Ohio. We provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care settings within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

What We Offer

• Productivity-based compensation ranging from $145,000 to $175,000 annually for a full-time, dedicated provider
• 1099 independent contractor role (no employer-provided benefits)

• Typical schedule: approximately 6–8 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Stable patient census with manageable and routine encounters

Part-Time Opportunity:
We are also seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner (2–3 days per week). Expected annual compensation ranges from $60,000 to $85,000, based on productivity.

Qualifications

• Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state of Ohio
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Ohio
• Prior hospital or post-acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
