This position is responsible for scheduling and dispatching technical resources, managing customer communications, monitoring service requests, maintaining service ticket accuracy, and ensuring the timely completion of customer service work.The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.Primary Responsibilities&middot; Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service requests.&middot; Schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls, maintenance visits, and project support.&middot; Monitor incoming service requests through phone, email, and service management systems.&middot; Prioritize and assign service tickets based on urgency, customer commitments, and technician availability.&middot; Maintain accurate technician schedules and resource assignments.&middot; Communicate appointment details, schedule updates, and service status information to customers.&middot; Monitor service ticket progress and ensure timely completion and documentation.&middot; Coordinate service follow-up visits and preventative maintenance activities.&middot; Escalate service issues requiring management attention.&middot; Track loaner equipment, returned equipment, and RMA activity.&middot; Assist with service reporting and operational documentation.&middot; Provide backup support for customer service functions when needed.&middot; Participate in department meetings and continuous process improvement initiatives.&middot; Maintain a clean driving record.
