<div>Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and
professional welcome. They are responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and
ensuring smooth front-end office operations. 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greeting and welcoming customers and guests: Receive visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them</li></ul>
to the appropriate person or department.<ul><li>Answering and directing phone calls: Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, take</li></ul>
messages, and transfer calls to the correct extensions.<ul><li>Managing the front desk: Maintain a clean and organized reception area as well as maintain the office</li></ul>
supply inventory throughout the office<ul><li>Administrative support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry in Excel</li></ul>
and Quickbooks, and mail distribution as well as admin support for Management and Sales teams<ul><li>Scheduling appointments: Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as</li></ul>
needed.<ul><li>Data Entry &amp; Reporting: Data entry of customer data and orders into Excel and Quickbooks</li><li>Distribution of Leads: Using Microsoft Outlook to send new lead information to Sales Reps</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively both</li></ul>
verbally and in writing.<ul><li>Professional and courteous demeanor: Ability to maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all</li></ul>
times.<ul><li>Strong organizational skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Ability to</li></ul>
meet weekly and monthly deadlines.<ul><li>Proficient in relevant software and computer skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite,</li></ul>
Quickbooks.<ul><li>Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast paced environment.</li></ul> 
Required Experience<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role</li></ul> 
The pay range for this role is: 
18 - 22 USD per hour(Allied Fence - Mableton)</div>
