Because we are a small business, your BCBA (including the owners) are readily available, at least 1 time per week per client. . PTO is offered after 3 months of employment for both full-time and part-time staff members in addition to a paid holidays and a paid week off between 12/24 and 1/1 each year.RBT Roles and Responsibilities&middot; Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic based sessions&middot; Implement the individualized treatment plan and any related protocols developed by the BCBA.&middot; Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans utilizing company issued tablets.&middot; Provide regular written progress updates on treatment goals after each session.&middot; Participate in any relevant team meetings and trainings.&middot; Ensure that the client is in a safe and positive environment.&middot; Follow all procedures and policies outlined by Allium Behavioral Services, LLC.&middot; Maintains monthly supervision records as required by the BACB.&middot; Abide by the RBT Ethics CodeQualifications&middot; Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
