Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full-Time

Come join our team, at Allium Behavioral Services! We are a small ABA therapy business providing clinic services to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Because we are a small business, your BCBA (including the owners) are readily available, at least 1 time per week per client. . PTO is offered after 3 months of employment for both full-time and part-time staff members in addition to a paid holidays and a paid week off between 12/24 and 1/1 each year.

RBT Roles and Responsibilities

· Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic based sessions

· Implement the individualized treatment plan and any related protocols developed by the BCBA.

· Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans utilizing company issued tablets.

· Provide regular written progress updates on treatment goals after each session.

· Participate in any relevant team meetings and trainings.

· Ensure that the client is in a safe and positive environment.

· Follow all procedures and policies outlined by Allium Behavioral Services, LLC.

· Maintains monthly supervision records as required by the BACB.

· Abide by the RBT Ethics Code

Qualifications

· Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or working towards a degree in Psychology or a related field (Education, Speech Therapy, Early Childhood Education, Health Science, Childcare) or pursuing a Bachelor's degree preferred.

· 1-2 years experience in working with children, working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· BLS/CPR certification or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of hire

· 40 hours of RBT competency completed or willing to complete within 60 days of hire

· Must hold and maintain RBT certification as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and plans to renew certification or be willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.
