The ideal candidate will play a key role in project planning, budgeting, and securing new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates for healthcare construction projects.</li><li>Handle tender documentation and submission processes.</li><li>Develop comprehensive construction proposals and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)</li><li>Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments for pricing and technical inputs.</li><li>Review subcontractor quotations and perform cost comparisons.</li><li>Ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of relevant experience in construction estimation and tendering.</li><li>Experience in hospital/healthcare projects will be an added advantage</li><li>Strong knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and procurement processes.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.</li><li>Excellent analytical and communication skills.</li></ul>Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
