A well-established healthcare construction company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional for Cost Estimation, Tender Preparation, and Construction Proposal Writing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in project planning, budgeting, and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for healthcare construction projects.
- Handle tender documentation and submission processes.
- Develop comprehensive construction proposals and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for pricing and technical inputs.
- Review subcontractor quotations and perform cost comparisons.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in construction estimation and tendering.
- Experience in hospital/healthcare projects will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
