Cost Estimation & Tendering Engineer (Construction)

A well-established healthcare construction company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional for Cost Estimation, Tender Preparation, and Construction Proposal Writing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in project planning, budgeting, and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for healthcare construction projects.
• Handle tender documentation and submission processes.
• Develop comprehensive construction proposals and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments for pricing and technical inputs.
• Review subcontractor quotations and perform cost comparisons.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in construction estimation and tendering.
• Experience in hospital/healthcare projects will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
