Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Civil) with at least 4 years of experience, preferably in industrial building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of BOQs, tender documents, and cost estimates
• Rate analysis for construction works, materials, and subcontract items
• Preparation and verification of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
• Contractor bill verification and progress payment processing
• Site measurements and quantity verification as per drawings
• Contract administration, variation orders, and claims support
• Cost monitoring and coordination with design, planning, and procurement teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in industrial construction projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, rate analysis, and BBS
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
