About Us

Hydrock Solutions is a Dubai-based Construction Operations Support Company providing estimation, procurement, and operational support services to contractors and project-based businesses across the UAE.

We are seeking an experienced Estimation & Quantity Surveyor to support our growing portfolio of construction, villa modification, fit-out, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings
• Prepare detailed BOQs
• Assist in tender pricing and bid preparation
• Review drawings and specifications
• Prepare cost comparison sheets
• Prepare variation order pricing
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Coordinate with operations team on project requirements
• Support procurement and commercial activities
• Maintain estimation databases and records
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization exercises

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimation
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent quantity take-off skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Good written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience

Strong preference will be given to candidates with:

• Previous UAE or Dubai construction experience
• Experience in villa modification projects
• Experience in fit-out projects
• Experience in residential and commercial construction projects
• Understanding of UAE construction standards and market rates
