Job Description/DutiesResponsibilities:<ul><li>Answer phone calls, respond to leads, take payments, and create schedules for our cleaning technicians using Company&rsquo;s CRM system</li><li>Accounts Payables and Receivables using Company&rsquo;s CRM system</li><li>Perform cleaning estimates when needed (training and assistance will be provided). Mileage will be reimbursed.</li><li>Perform cleaning estimates from leads received from Plan Hub &amp; other lead generating platforms</li><li>File, copy, scan, print</li><li>Create playbooks for companies&rsquo; procedures and upload to Company's Playbook Vault</li><li>Maintain vendor's information in order</li><li>Keep insurance and licensing of our vendors up to date</li><li>Perform all other office duties as assigned/needed</li><li>Collect reviews from our Clients</li><li>Filter applications, interview hire &amp; fire cleaning techs (as needed)</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>5 years of previous experience in office administration, office management and accounting or other related fields</li><li>Able to solve problems and provide great Customer Service even to difficult Clients</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Good math and typing skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite</li><li>Type at least 55WPM</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively</li><li>Fast learner and able to multi-task</li><li>Self-starter &amp; Problem Solver!</li><li>Must be detailed-oriented and work well with spreadsheets</li><li>Must have a reliable vehicle</li><li>Must be street smart and flexible</li><li>Must be flexible and respond to Clients after hours and weekends (as needed)</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 &ndash; 20 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What makes you a great fit for this position?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Administrative : 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Roseville, CA 95678 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
