Developer Sales Consultants deal with off plan property purchases and adhere to the company's policies and goals.</div>

<div>Salary Range: 50% Commission</div>

<div><div>Your Role:</div></div>
<div></div>
<div>Common tasks involved and typical work activities tend to include:</div>
<div><ul><li>Collecting information about off plan properties and new developments and arranging for the appropriate marketing material to be created</li>
<li>Keeping up to date with the rules, regulations and current pricing yields (price per square foot or metre etc.) within Dubai</li>
<li>Confident and clear communication with sellers, buyers and tenants as well as banks and other financial institutions</li>
<li>Creating and attending off plan property valuations</li>
<li>Creating and attending off plan property viewings</li>
<li>Negotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage</li>
<li>Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing</li>
<li>Keeping up to date with market trends in the local developer property market</li>
</ul></div><div><div>About You:</div></div>
<div><ul><li>Off plan, Commercial or Residential real estate sales and or rental experience in the UAE and UK preferably</li>
<li>RERA certified (We will assist with this if you do not have this)</li>
<li>Positive and hard working attitude</li>
<li>Excellent written and communication skills in English</li>
<li>Fluency in second language advantageous</li>
<li>Presentable, professional and honest</li>
<li>Strong networking skills</li>
<li>Smart business dress is required at all times</li>
<li>Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards</li>
<li>You should be punctual and contribute to the development of the company</li>
<li>An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player</li>
<li>UAE driving license and own vehicle (we can arrange a hire car or company vehicle at your expense)</li></ul></div></div></div>
