The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.</li><li>Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up.</li><li>Maintain candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles.</li><li>Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and pre-boarding formalities.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field will be a benefit.</li><li>6m - 1 year of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, InternshipPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>where do you stay?
